Overall Purpose of the Job
The incumbent will be responsible for providing assistance to Assistant Manager – Payroll, Retirement Funds & Cost Control
Principal Accountabilities
• Provide quality support in preparing staff payroll, budgets and forecasts
• Support to manage employees’ Gratuity and Provident Funds in coordination with accounting consultants
• Provide support in administration of Company’s Workers Profit Participation Fund as per applicable rules and regulations in consultation with Trustees of the Fund
• Provide support in administration of staff taxation as per applicable income tax laws and liaison with external tax consultants for all staff taxation issues.
• Responsible for e-filing of monthly, quarterly & annuals income tax statements / returns.
• Liaise with local Actuaries with reference to annual Actuarial Valuation Report.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for investment and other services for employees’ retirement funds and WPP Fund.
• Responsible for administration and compilation of staff payroll & taxation related requests/data.
• Processing of staff final settlement with necessary documentation.
Candidate Profile
• Relevant experience of 4 to 5 years
• B. Com. Preference will be given to ACCA partly qualified
• Command over MS Office
• Good communication skills
