Summaiya Mirza is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience in Pakistan’s energy sector. Having worked with leading organizations, specializing in company acquisitions, asset sales, external counsel management, contract negotiation and drafting, and regulatory affairs, she has a proven track record of navigating complex legal matters.

She began her career as Deputy General Manager at K-Electric, followed by roles at Cnergyico Pk Limited and BP Pakistan Exploration and Production Inc. She then served as Manager Legal at United Energy Pakistan Limited for over a decade before joining Prime Global Energies Limited in December 2024 as Head of the Legal and Company Secretary.

A distinguished member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple, Summaiya holds an LLB (Hons.) from the University of London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Bar Vocational Studies from the University of the West of England.
