Overall Purpose of the Job
The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing key initiatives under the Rewards & OD ambit to drive employee growth and organizational success.
Principal Accountabilities
• Compensation & Benefits: Support in the design, analysis and implementation of compensation and benefits programs as well as conducting salary survey/ benchmarking exercises.
• Training and Development : Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that address skill gaps and support employee career progression.
• Employee Engagement : Develop and execute initiatives that boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
• Performance Management System: Support the Organizational performance management system, ensuring it’s effective, and aligned with business goals.
Candidate Profile
• Relevant experience of 4 to 5 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/ HR, from a recognized institute, MBAs would be given preference.
• Good grasp of MS Office
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Result Oriented
• Self Initiative
