Prime Global Energies Limited Expands Exploration Portfolio with Success in Pakistan Offshore Bid Round 2025

Karachi, Pakistan – October 31, 2025 – In line with its strategic vision to grow its exploration portfolio, Prime Global Energies Limited (“Prime”) participated in the Pakistan Offshore Bid Round 2025 and, with the grace of Allah, successfully secured four offshore blocks, including one operated block.
All four awarded blocks are located in shallow waters, marking another milestone in Prime’s commitment to offshore exploration and contributing to national energy development.
The awarded blocks are:
– Sapat Bander: Prime (Operator; 31% Participating Interest), Mari, OGDCL, and PPL (23% each)
– Bin Qasim South: Prime (20%), OGDCL (Operator; 32%), Mari and PPL (24% each)
– Keti Bandar: Prime (20%), OGDCL (Operator; 32%), Mari and PPL (24% each)
– Zarrar: Prime (20%), Mari (Operator; 32%), OGDCL and PPL (24% each)
