Sustainability Project Cycle

Prior to the commencement of any new initiative, Prime Pakistan meticulously conducts site visits, undertaking a comprehensive analysis to identify and map stakeholders, and subsequently disseminates pertinent project information. Following this preliminary phase, a Baseline cum Need Assessment Study is executed, encompassing a thorough survey of the area. This study gathers critical data concerning the population, available and utilized resources, dependency on said resources, extant infrastructure, as well as a comprehensive Social Inventory and Need Assessment to discern opportunities for prospective social development projects.

With the acquisition of this informative foundation, the formulation of Social Welfare Projects commences, predicated on rigorous risk assessments and considerations for the benefits accruing to local communities. These projects undergo continuous monitoring post-execution, subject to ongoing evaluation, affording the opportunity for strategic revisions to enhance overall efficacy.

Throughout these initiatives, all stakeholders, including District Administration and pertinent departments, are actively engaged, and routinely updated. In pursuit of sustained impact, selected Social Welfare Projects are entrusted to the stewardship of the Government of Sindh.

Integral to the overarching approach is a robust stakeholder engagement strategy, emblematic of the 'Prime way' of conducting business. This strategy seeks to cultivate and amplify trust, fostering improved communication between the company and its stakeholders, thereby reinforcing a commitment to excellence wherever operations unfold.
