Exploration License

Acquisition of the first exploration license (Tajjal) in Pakistan by LASMO.

Kadanwari Gas Field

Discovery of Kadanwari Gas Field.

Bhit Gas Field

Discovery of Bhit Gas Field.

Badhra Gas Field

Discovery of Zamzama Gas Field in the Kirthar Foldbelt.

Acquisition of Miano and Sawan Blocks in the Middle Indus region through British Borneo.

Eni SpA acquires LASMO

Eni SpA acquires LASMO plc, thus all of Pakistan assets.

Miano Gas Field

Incorporation of Renewable Energy Company (Prime Green Energy (Pvt) Limited)

Setting up of a 10MW Photovoltaic Power Plant adjacent to Bhit to provide it with power during daytime.

Discovery and first gas from Jugan and Fazil Gas Fields.

Eni SpA executes SPAs to sell its energy portfolio in Pakistan to Prime International Oil and Gas Company Limited (PIOGCL).

2022
Mohar Gas Field

Discovery and first gas from Mohar Gas Field.
