Prime Pakistan operates in two key areas of Pakistan. The first area is the Middle Indus Basin, characterized by geological extensional features, strike-slip faulting, and a gas-prone HC phase. In this region, Prime Pakistan holds the operated Exploration License S.W Miano-III and two non-operated Exploration Licenses, namely Latif E.L and Mubarak E.L. Additionally, Kadanwari is an operated D&P.L, while Miano, Sawan, Latif, Bitro, Jugan, Mohar, Mitha, Saqib, and Fazil are non-operated D&PLs.

The second core area of operations is the Kirther fold belt, also a gas-prone region within the compressional regime. Here, Prime Pakistan operates two D&PLs - Bhit and Badhra, and holds a non-operated interest in Zamzama D&PL.
