Overall Purpose of the Job
To carry out maintenance job in field. Ensure the compliance of company safety policy and contribute to eliminating and reducing risk involved in the jobs.
Principal Accountabilities
• To assist Assistant Instrument Engineer in performance check, spare parts review and record keeping as required.
• Maintain the housekeeping and orderliness of maintenance workshop.
• Provide hands-on experience as required in the corrective and routine maintenance of all instrumentation.
• Review spares required for the corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Review all the PM maintenance procedures critically and develop procedures for each maintenance activity.
• He will be responsible to update the set point change record.
• Give assistance in the major maintenance works such as shutdown, troubleshooting of major equipment such as compressor and generators and other works if assigned to him.
• As an ERT member, participate actively in emergency condition or during emergency drills with detailed feedback to Fire / Deputy Fire Chief about any incident / exercise.
Candidate Profile
• Candidate must have minimum 5-8 years of experience.
• Experienced professional required from Oil & Gas/ Fertilizer/Refinery industry.
• Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Instrument Technology from a recognized Technical Institute.
• Experience in remote environment operations essential.
