Karachi, June 2025 — Prime Global Energies Limited successfully conducted its 22nd Contractors’ Senior Management HSE Workshop, reaffirming its commitment to fostering a robust Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture across its operations and contractor network. Held in June 2025, the half-day workshop focused on the theme: “Effective HSE Risk Management: Key to Safe & Successful Operations.”
Launched in 2010, these workshops have become a cornerstone of Prime Global Energies’ proactive and collaborative approach to HSE excellence. This year’s event brought together approximately 128 participants, including senior leadership from Prime Global Energies, its contractors, and joint-venture partners.
The interactive format featured presentations, spot quizzes, and both individual and group exercises, encouraging cross-company collaboration and the exchange of best practices. These activities were designed to deepen understanding of HSE risk management and promote a shared commitment to safety.
“Effective HSE Risk Management is not just about compliance—it’s about commitment,” said a company spokesperson. “It’s a shift in mindset that empowers organizations to anticipate risks, implement proactive controls, and continuously improve safety performance.”
The workshop emphasized that effective risk management is essential for building a resilient workplace. It enables informed decision-making, protects people and assets, and ensures business continuity. By embedding HSE into daily operations, Prime Global Energies aims to drive sustainable performance and safeguard lives.
The company continues to champion a dynamic HSE culture through visible leadership, engaging initiatives, and recognition of HSE achievements. The Contractors’ Senior Management HSE Workshops are a key part of this strategy, reinforcing the belief that “HSE is not just a priority—it is a core value.”
