Uzair Tariq is a seasoned HR Professional with over twelve years of experience across the power, chemicals, manufacturing, and consulting sectors.

Prior to joining PIOGCL, he led the HR Center of Expertise at HUBCO – spearheading capability-building, elevating talent-acquisition programs, driving the DEI agenda and delivering strategic rewards initiatives that align human capital with business imperatives.

Earlier in his career, Uzair held key roles at Engro Corporation, Fatima Group, Pioneer Cement and Abacus Consulting (Mercer) — focusing on rewards, job evaluation, organization design and HR-transformation.

A graduate of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) with a degree in Accounting & Finance, Uzair holds certifications in Mercer International Position Evaluation (IPE) and Korn Ferry – Hay Job Evaluation methodologies.
